Location: Stoke-on-Trent

A community-focused housing organization in Stoke-on-Trent seeks a Customer Advisor to provide excellent service and support to residents. You will be the first point of contact, managing customer interactions across various services, both online and in-person. The ideal candidate is empathetic, flexible, and capable of working under pressure to exceed expectations. Good ICT skills are essential for this role, where you'll also maintain accurate customer records.
