Client Success Manager

• Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of our products.
• Monitor accounts, resolve issues, and anticipate client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.

• Proven background in client success, account management, or similar (exposure to the SaaS industry a bonus)
• Natural curiosity to innovate customer solutions and become knowledgeable in fraud and financial crime defence
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Industry knowledge and ability to guide clients effectively.
