Hours:
42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 12pm on a rota basis)
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Manager. This role will be integral to the smooth running of our parts department, working alongside our friendly and hard‑working team of parts advisors to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and maintaining stock control
- Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer care
We require previous experience gained in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. The role demands the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
