Customer Service Advisor
Location:
Stoke-on-Trent ST1
- Role and key responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor
- Responsible for assisting with specific and general enquiries made by members of the public
- Acting as the first face‑to‑face point of contact
- Operating all relevant computer systems
- Supporting face‑to‑face and electronic channel enquiries
- Dealing with both telephone & email enquiries
- Undertake all other general office duties as directed
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- To be able to deal with members of the public in a professional, polite and welcoming manner
Pay rate: £12.71 - £14.90 per hour (PAYE, Weekly paid). Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension (if not opted out) apply.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
