Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Honeycomb Group is seeking a Customer Advisor in Stoke-on-Trent to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a critical role in interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met across various services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, be an effective communicator, and possess good ICT skills. This permanent position involves working 35 hours per week and requires an agile worker who can adapt to changing priorities.
