Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Working hours:

Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

As part of our Inside Sales team, you'll build meaningful relationships, unlock new opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a real impact—all while being part of a collaborative and high‑performing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio.
  • Generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets.
  • Manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end‑to‑end, high‑quality experience.
  • Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve how we work.
  • Embrace change, adapt to evolving customer needs, and play your part in creating a positive and inclusive team culture.
