As a Ride Host
, you’ll be the face of Alton Towers Resort, ensuring all guests have a magical and safe experience. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our world‑class rides, helping to create memories for families, friends, and thrill‑seekers.

• Working on our rides and attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service
• Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met
• Managing queues, helping guests access rides safely, and ensuring everyone follows safety procedures
• Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the operator
• Supporting daily presentational duties of our rides and attractions

• Candidate must be 18 and over

• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic and willing to create a positive guest experience
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment
• Ready to take on responsibility and ensure health and safety standards are met
• Able to work by themselves and as part of a team
• A head for heights would be beneficial
• No previous experience is necessary – we provide full training to all team members.

Compensation between GBP £10.85/Hr. – GBP £12.71/Hr.
