Customer Success Mgr./ CSM, Customer Service Rep

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do- You’ll build, manage, and grow relationships with existing Vodafone Business customers, ensuring they stay engaged and supported
- You’ll handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience
- You’ll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio
- You’ll use solution selling to clearly differentiate Vodafone from competitors and align solutions to customer goals
- You’ll generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets
- You’ll manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations
- You’ll contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end-to-end, high-quality experience
- You’ll collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve how we work
- You’ll embrace change, adapt to evolving customer needs, and play your part in creating a positive and inclusive team culture
