Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Logistics Hub in Stoke-on-Trent.

Full time:
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

In this role, you’ll work directly with our customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience from start to finish, while making sure our delivery systems are up to date.

This role will be a great fit for someone with a passion for customer service, who genuinely enjoys exceeding customer expectations and achieving positive outcomes.

• Arranging suitable delivery/collection dates with the customer & delivery team and dealing with any re-arrangements or cancellations.
• Communicating directly with customers and dealing with any enquiries.
• Keeping the delivery system up to date.
• Assisting with general transport office admin duties.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong multi-tasking skills and organisational abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• A friendly attitude
