Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Arcus Solutions is seeking a Customer Assurance Agent for its Redditch site. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between the Helpdesk and Planning teams, managing client queries and generating Management Information reports that capture various incidents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, good time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Benefits include a salary up to £29,256 per annum, a 4% bonus, 25 days of annual leave, and a group personal pension scheme.
