DPD Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pickup Service Delivery Agent to join the Customer Services team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to the Pickup Shop network and DPD Depots, work to resolve issues, and ensure right-first-time service for our customers.
The role requires strong administrative and customer-service experience, plus solid MS Office skills. Working Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with Saturday 9am–1pm on a rota basis; weekends may be required.
