Skipton Building Society in Newcastle is recruiting a Customer Consultant for a permanent full-time role (36 hours per week) to support branch operating hours. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and provide information on savings products and services with a friendly, professional approach.
You will engage face to face or via phone, maintain accurate records, and help customers review their circumstances to achieve their financial goals while upholding our policies and standards.
