Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Healthtech-1, a NHS-focused healthtech startup, seeks a Customer Success/Operations professional to own onboarding, adoption, and early growth. You will lead consultative onboarding calls, drive initial activation, and demonstrate ROI within the first 90 days.
The role combines product adoption with operational execution, including creating scalable processes and using AI tools to improve onboarding and tracking. 4 days onsite in Stratford with 1 day WFH is offered.
