Location: Stoke-on-Trent
The Pembroke Club in London is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to elevate guest experiences, manage restaurant bookings and support member communications across channels. You will work with the reception team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in luxury service, strong communication, and proficiency in reservations and CRM systems, including Sevenrooms/Open Table, People Vine/Salesforce, Sleek Flow/Alliants.
