Operations Support Agent

Position Summary

As an Operations Support Agent you will work in a fast paced environment and adhere to strict timelines. You will provide high quality customer service relating to collection requests and delivery queries.

Salary: £14.02 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.

Shift pattern:
Monday – Friday 06:00–14:30 / 07:00–15:30.

Working hours:

40 per week.

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding collection requests and delivery queries.
• Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
• Check and investigate failed deliveries/collections when needed.
• Prioritise and reallocate failures for the next day's delivery as required.
• Input data into the tracking system.
• Maintain clear and effective communication and collaboration with the team, managers, and other depots.
• Follow Fed Ex processes, procedures, and controls, and external regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to supervisor and team members as required.
