Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Bellway in Gateshead is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join the Division’s Customer Care team. You will deliver a high standard of service throughout the post-completion journey, handling defect resolution, and ensuring accurate records and smooth communications with customers and subcontractors.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, the role requires strong communication, administration, and teamwork, with willingness to travel to development sites within the North East.
