The role involves engaging with tenants, stakeholders and colleagues to ensure data quality and compliance with data protection requirements.
The post focuses on data management, customer service, surveys, and reporting, with travel within the borough and occasional evening/weekend work. 37 hours per week on a temporary/agency basis.
