PPM Recruitment are recruiting an Account Manager to join our client's team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will manage client support enquiries, ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and provide a high level of service at all times.
This role focuses on building relationships, recording interactions on the CRM system and meeting KPIs and SLAs. The position is permanent after 13 weeks for the right candidate and hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
