• Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
• Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s learning, curiosity, and development.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
• Excellent understanding of EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
