Level 3 Teaching Assistants Needed – Stockport Schools – Starting January 2026
We are looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive teams in primary and secondary schools across Stockport, starting January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children while working in a rewarding educational environment.
Location: Various schools across Stockport.
Pay: £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience & role requirements).
Start Date: January 2026.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support learning and classroom management across a variety of subjects and age groups.
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to support students with additional needs, including SEN.
- Assist with lesson planning and the preparation of learning materials.
- Promote positive behaviour and support the emotional wellbeing of students.
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and leadership teams.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting students with a range of needs, including SEN, Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
- Work in supportive, friendly school environments.
