As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love of literature. You will work closely with students, guiding them through their learning journey and helping them develop essential communication skills for the future. This role involves teaching a range of abilities, from KS3 to KS4, with the potential to teach KS5.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
• Assess and monitor student performance, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching standards and student outcomes.

• A qualified teacher with a degree in English or a related field.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young people.
• Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to lesson delivery.
• The ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Experience of teaching English at secondary level is preferable, though not essential for the right candidate.
