A provider of specialist education and therapeutic support is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead a growing independent school catering to pupils with SEMH needs. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to shape the growth and direction of a school delivering both semi‑formal and formal curriculum for primary and secondary pupils.

Start Date: Jan/Feb 2026

Location: Stoke‑on‑Trent

Employment type: Full‑time

• Lead a specialist independent school with a maximum of 45 pupils.
• Provide strategic leadership, curriculum oversight, and pastoral care.
• Work closely with parents, staff, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality provision.
