As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You'll be stepping into different school settings, bringing flexibility, energy, and a caring approach to ensure children feel supported and encouraged in their learning journey.

• Assist class teachers with learning activities, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions where needed.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children with additional needs to access learning effectively.

• Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting in the UK
• A positive, patient and adaptable approach to learning support.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in different schools and year groups.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
