Leader Group is proud to be partnering with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit passionate Teachers and Support Staff. We currently have an outstanding opportunity available for a qualified SEN Teacher in Stoke-On-Trent
. Then looking for a specialist in either English or Maths.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist team supporting students with complex educational needs, including social, emotional and mental health challenges, communication difficulties, and trauma-related behaviours. As part of a nurturing and innovative team, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
- Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Setting, marking and providing constructive feedback on assignments, homework, and assessments.
- Supporting pupils in gaining a strong command of spoken and written English, enabling them to communicate confidently and effectively.
- Passionate about working with students with SEND.
- Experienced – ideally with at least 2 years in a SEND environment or similar provision.
- Qualified – QTS/QTLS is essential.
- Committed to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.

Small specialist provision which provides education for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who require a smaller, more specialised intervention than can be provided in a mainstream school.
