Teacher of Maths – Biddulph (ST8) – Immediate Start – Long-Term Supply (Easter initially / potential to July)
£180 – £260 per day

Nexo Education are working with a ‘Good’ secondary school in Biddulph (ST8) who are looking to appoint a Teacher of Maths for an immediate start on an ongoing long-term supply contract.

This is a full-time role and will run until Easter in the first instance, with a strong likelihood of extension through to July.

The Role

You will be joining a supportive Maths department delivering high-quality lessons and helping students make consistent progress. The successful candidate will be confident teaching Maths across the secondary age range, with the ability to plan engaging lessons, assess effectively, and maintain strong classroom routines.

What We’re Looking For

* QTS/QTLS (or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)

* Recent experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school

* Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships quickly

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
