Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors covering learners in the Stoke-on-Trent region.

Responsibilities
  • Support a caseload of about 45 learners across the region, both face‑to‑face and remotely
  • Deliver a range of award‑winning qualifications
  • Create appropriate solutions for learners to ensure an optimal learning experience and development of interests and career
  • Utilise the e‑portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
Location

This is a home‑based role, with travel required within approximately 45 miles radius to visit learners and employers. Around 70% of the week will be spent on the road, but you will manage your own diary providing flexibility.

Salary and Bonus
  • Qualified Trainer delivering Level 3 – up to £29,000
  • Qualified Trainer delivering Level 5 – up to £30,000
  • Up to £160 bonus for each learner referred

Qualifications
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, is essential
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1/D32/33, CAVA) is essential
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
  • Experience building and managing your own caseload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Eligibility
  • Proof of qualifications and Right to Work in the UK is required.
