Randstad is seeking a compassionate Specialist Mentor (Mental Health) to empower university students navigating mental health challenges. This role offers you the opportunity to make a difference whilst being able to enjoy a flexible schedule.
Key DutiesAs a Specialist Mentor, you will work one:on:one with students to provide tailored support.
- Helping students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks.
- Improving organisational skills, including effective time management.
- Assisting students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps.
- Supporting students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life.
- Guiding students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences.
- Boosting students confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths.
- Maintaining close communication with Randstad and reporting any student concerns promptly.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
This is a specialist role. You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognised professional organisations at the required level.
