40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.00am – 4.00pm

Salary:
Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)

Contract:

Permanent | Term Time Only

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons for individuals or small groups in line with the school curriculum.
  • Monitor, assess and report on student progress, ensuring personalised learning and steady progression.
  • Lead and coordinate Maths across relevant key stages, including planning, assessment and subject development.
  • Create a stimulating, well‑organised learning environment that supports numeracy, problem‑solving and confidence.
  • Develop and review Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans and personalised learning programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, instructors and care staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
  • Manage challenging behaviour with empathy and structure, helping students develop self‑regulation skills.
  • Maintain strong communication with colleagues, care teams and families while upholding safeguarding and regulatory standards.
