Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Administration Assistant to join our secondary school support team. This key role combines responsibilities across Data Management, the Exams Office, and leadership of our Arbor Management Information System (MIS).

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of school data, supporting examination processes, and leading on the development and day‑to‑day management of Arbor across the school.

Responsibilities

Data management across school systems; support for examination processes; lead day‑to‑day management and development of the Arbor MIS.

Requirements

Highly organised and detail‑oriented; experience in an administrative role in a school or busy environment; confident working with data systems; must provide a supporting statement on the formal application form stating reasons for applying and relevant skills and experience.

Actual Salary: £24,364 – £26,841

Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week – Term Time plus 10 inset days
