• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Support students with a range of SEND, including learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
• Adapt teaching strategies to ensure all learners can access the curriculum.
• Monitor, assess, and celebrate pupil progress.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENDCOs, families, and external professionals.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND within a secondary setting.
• Understanding of individual learning needs and personalised support strategies.
• Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
