Edison Young People in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the children’s home in the Registered Manager’s absence. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, tailored Care Plans for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
You will work closely with social workers, maintain high safeguarding standards, support education and activities, and drive continuous improvement through reports and team meetings.
