Marchant Recruitment is supporting a Stoke-on-Trent secondary school in recruiting a Pastoral Manager to strengthen student wellbeing and personal development. You will work with Heads of Year, safeguarding staff and families to promote positive behaviour, attendance and resilience among students.
The role requires a compassionate, proactive individual able to mentor students, liaise with parents, and contribute to a caring, inclusive school culture.
