🎯 What You'll Need to Succeed
✅ Be willing to complete our standard compliance and vetting checks, including an Enhanced DBS check
✅ Have recent and relevant childcare, educational or support experience and be able to provide references
✅ Have a positive, flexible and reliable approach to work
✅ Be passionate about supporting children and young people to succeed
✅ Ideally hold a childcare or education-related qualification, although this is not essential
