Salary: £140.00 - £220.00 per day (depending on experience)

Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists and wider school staff

Monitoring progress and adapting learning to meet individual EHCP targets

Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

Experienced in teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs, or passionate about moving into SEND

Patient, resilient and adaptable

Confident in managing behaviour positively and effectively

Committed to delivering high-quality education for every learner
