The Polesworth School in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Secondary SENCO for a full-time role. You will lead the strategic SEND development across the school, working with senior leaders, staff, parents and external agencies to ensure high-quality provision and statutory compliance.
Applicants should have SENCO experience, QTS, and ideally NPQ for SENCO or be advancing toward it, with a strong understanding of SEND legislation and excellent leadership and communication skills.
