Are you an Maths graduate with a passion for working with young people? Do you enjoy problem‑solving, supporting others, and want to make a genuine impact in the classroom? Weare looking for an enthusiastic, academically strong graduate to jointheteam in a school in Brent as a Maths Teaching Assistant.

As a Maths Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning in the Maths department across KS3–KS4
• Work with pupils of varying abilities, including high achievers and those needing targeted support
• Provide 1:1 and small‑group intervention to help students build confidence and master key concepts
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment

We are looking for someone who is:

• A Maths graduate (or related discipline)
• Experienced working or volunteering with children or young people
• Reliable, committed, and patient, with a genuine desire to help students progress
• A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Passionate about education and keen to gain school-based experience – ideal if you're considering teacher training
