Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Hub Support Mentor to join our Inclusion Team. You will mentor students, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and help them develop confidence and resilience to access learning.
You will monitor interventions, maintain accurate records and work with staff, families and external agencies to ensure coordinated support and positive outcomes for pupils with SEMH needs.
