Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Hub Support Mentor to join the Inclusion Team. You will provide targeted pastoral and behavioural support to students, helping them develop confidence, resilience and the routines needed to access learning.
The role involves mentoring a cohort, monitoring progress, recording outcomes and working with staff, families and external agencies to coordinate support.
