Teacher Active is proud to be working with a school in Stoke-on-Trent that is looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher. The school is committed to providing an engaging and supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to develop their knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills.

The school is looking to take on a Maths Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis from September, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful Maths Teacher will plan, prepare and deliver engaging curriculum-aligned lessons, assess and monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, maintain excellent classroom management and work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.

• QTS with a Maths specialism
• Experience teaching Maths within a UK school
• Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong planning, assessment and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach with excellent communication skills
