Data Manager

• Producing regular reports to meet statutory requirements along with Trust-wide reports for the Trust board
• Analysing assessment data and correlations
• Working collaboratively and strategically across all Trust secondary schools
• Ensure current systems are used consistently across schools, This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020). The Trust was founded in 2014, in John Taylor High School - an outstanding secondary school in Barton-Under-Needwood, and the first in Staffordshire to convert to become an Academy. We have grown steadily over time and currently serve 13 infant/primary schools, and 6 secondary schools. In addition, the Staffordshire Research School and John Taylor Teaching School Hub are also key parts of our Trust, having gained a reputation for delivering outstanding professional development and support for teachers across a wide ranging offer.

Salary:
Grade 9 (SCP 28 - SCP
33) £39,152 - £44,075 per annum Monday to Thursday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. and Friday 8:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break) Place of work:
Kingsmead School 4 days a week plus 1 day a week to be worked within the Trust School Improvement Team. Required November 2026
