About this jobLearning & Development Advisor Role with The Together Trust Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking for a role where you can make a real difference to colleague development and help shape a strong learning culture?
As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will work closely with managers, senior leaders and colleagues across your allocated services to understand their learning needs and provide effective development solutions.
You will play a key role in career development, leadership development, training delivery and learning needs analysis, helping colleagues build their skills and progress their careers.
You will also take the lead in coordinating service-based training, maintaining training compliance, promoting learning opportunities and evaluating the impact of L&D activity.

Fixed term up to 14 months maternity cover
Location:
Hybrid/Cheadle with expectation to travel to any of the Together Trust services Salary: £36,040 Key Responsibilities include but not exhaustive Build strong relationships with services, managers and senior leaders to identify and respond to learning needs.
Promote career development, accredited learning and leadership development opportunities.
Lead regular learning needs analysis and use data to identify trends and priorities.
Design, develop and deliver engaging training and development programmes.
Deliver elements of the Trust's mandatory and wider L&D training programmes.
Coordinate and promote training across allocated services, ensuring compliance and completion.
Support the development of a continuous learning culture across the Trust.
Lead L&D projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered effectively, on time and within budget.
Work with subject matter experts to develop and quality-assure learning content and digital resources.
Evaluate learning programmes, gather feedback and use evidence to improve future provision.
Produce regular reports and KPIs on training attendance, completion, evaluation and impact.
Use the Learning Management System and training dashboards to monitor learning activity and future training requirements.
Provide advice and support to colleagues and managers on learning, development and career opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the wider L&D, OD and Communications teams to promote learning opportunities.
About You We are looking for an experienced L&D professional who is organised, proactive and confident working with people at all levels.
You will be able to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Level 5 qualification in learning and development, teaching or equivalent Significant experience in conduction learning needs analysis processes and analysing the outcomes to determine priorities Significant experience and understanding of requirements of OFSTED, CQC and relevant professional bodies Advanced and demonstrable experience of ICT packages (e.g.
