Main Responsibilities
Working closely with Course Directors, Heads of Department and professional service teams, you will drive continuous improvement in student satisfaction and success, champion inclusive and innovative educational practice, and ensure delivery against key institutional priorities and performance measures.
About You
- Significant leadership experience in higher education
- A strong track record of enhancing student outcomes and the overall student experience.
- Expertise in student support, wellbeing, inclusion and academic success.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience), a teaching qualification, and Senior Fellowship of Advance HE.
