Senovo is recruiting a SEN Early Years Teacher for a specialist SEN education setting in Redbridge. The successful candidate will join a committed team focused on helping children and young people access learning, develop confidence and make meaningful progress.

• Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons matched to pupils’ individual needs.
• Adapt teaching, resources and assessment to support EHCP outcomes and measurable progress.
• Create a safe, structured classroom with consistent routines and high expectations.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold excellent safeguarding practice.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Relevant teaching experience, ideally within SEND or an inclusive setting.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
• Useful experience includes communication support, Early years SEN teaching, EYFS, safeguarding, sensory learning, sen.
• Clear communication, professional judgement and a child-centred approach.

• PAYE pay with clear assignment information.
