Are you a passionate Drama Teacher looking for your next teaching opportunity? Do you have experience teaching GCSE Drama and A-Level Theatre Studies?
Academics, a leading national education recruitment agency, is working in partnership with a highly regarded and supportive secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit an enthusiastic Drama Teacher for a fixed-term position starting in November.
The school have advised the duration of the role is currently to be confirmed, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons at GCSE level and Theatre Studies at A-Level.
Encourage and inspire students to develop their confidence and performance skills.
Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and effective classroom management.

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience.
Experience teaching GCSE Drama and A-Level Theatre Studies.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for the performing arts.
Excellent classroom management and the ability to engage and motivate students.
A flexible, enthusiastic and reliable approach to teaching.
Both ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
