About the Role

At the heart of this role is the opportunity to transform lives through education. As our Maths Teacher, you'll do far more than teach numbers and equations. You'll inspire young people to believe in themselves, unlock their potential and discover that success is achievable.

Through engaging, creative and highly personalised teaching, you'll bring maths to life, helping students build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and develop skills that will support them long into the future. Every lesson is an opportunity to spark curiosity, celebrate progress and help learners experience the sense of achievement that comes from mastering new challenges.

Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels understood, supported and empowered to succeed. By adapting your approach to meet individual needs, you'll help each young person make meaningful progress, both academically and personally.

As a Form Tutor, you'll also play a key role in shaping students' wider school experience, providing guidance, encouragement and pastoral support that helps them thrive. Working closely with families, Teaching Assistants and external professionals, you'll contribute to a strong network of care around each student, ensuring they have every opportunity to flourish, gain independence and achieve their full potential.

This is more than a teaching role. It's a chance to be part of a passionate team, celebrate life-changing milestones and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people every single day.
