Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the Council's Home Improvement Agency within the Private Sector Housing Team, in the Housing, Regeneration and Operations directorate.
You will conduct site visits, prepare detailed drawings for home adaptations, manage projects end-to-end, liaise with clients, Occupational Therapists and contractors, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and planning requirements.
