Graduate Pest Control Technician

• Competitive salary: £27,669 per annum base, with an expected OTE of £32,000 plus bonus and commission.

You will start as a Pest Control Technician, covering a specific geographic area for the first 6–12 months while receiving industry‑recognised training. During the next 12–36 months you can choose a career path:
Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager.

• Inspect customer premises to identify pest signs and potential risks.
• Effectively eliminate pest problems through cleaning and removal of evidence.
• Advise customers on premises maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.

• Minimum 2.2 honours degree in a science/BSc‑related subject or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or Social Science.
• Valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• A desire to work hard, have fun, and interact with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Possible DBS check depending on the role applied for.
