About the Role

Years 2‑4:
Study combined with hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Team up with pro Service Engineers.
  • Be a tech detective, solving breakdowns and finding faults.
  • Keep our clients' systems running smoothly.
  • Install cool new products.
  • Learn the ins and outs of the business.
Qualifications
  • GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science level 4 (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving licence (or be working towards it).
  • A passion for tech and problem‑solving.
  • Good communication skills (no robot speak here!).
  • Basic IT skills (if you can navigate social media, you're halfway there).
Bonus Points
  • BTEC or NVQ in Engineering (but not required).
  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, etc.).
