We are currently looking for a Technical and Calibration Support to join our team in Stoke Prior, Worcestershire. Hours of Work: full time

The Technical and Calibration Support role involves supporting water quality systems through technical assistance, calibration procedures, equipment maintenance, and data management. You will handle technical setup, troubleshoot faults, perform calibrations using scientific liquids, and ensure the seamless flow of daily operations. Your day will include communicating with clients and colleagues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team with technical repairs and system updates in a safety-conscious manner.

Technical and Calibration Support Duties:
You will provide technical support by setting up, calibrating, and maintaining equipment, handle technical documentation and data analysis, and assist in fault finding and repairs of various environmental measurement devices. Additionally, you'll support client queries, prepare products for dispatch, and ensure all processes adhere to safety and quality standards.

Technical and Calibration Support Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Strong data processing and technical data analysis skills
• Experience in working with computer hardware and peripherals
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyse technical data effectively
• Hands-on experience with basic hand tools and technical equipment, soldering experience is advantageous but not essential
