Omega Resource Group is seeking a Site Engineering Manager for a leadership role in manufacturing based in Stoke-on-Trent. This position offers a competitive salary between £70k - £75k plus an attractive package. The successful candidate will drive engineering performance improvements while overseeing all capital investment and maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong track record in continuous improvement. Benefits include 26 days holiday, healthcare, and excellent pension scheme.
